The polearm grants Deadly Strike Chance and increases the damage of your Deadly Strikes. It belongs to the nine legacy Uniques that Season 15 based on relics from earlier Diablo games, and it stays in the game after the season ends. The exact values are rolled on each drop.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. It can be equipped by these classes: Barbarian, Druid, Spiritborn. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Season 15 introduced it with the other legacy Uniques as a permanent addition, available on both the Seasonal and the Eternal realm. It drops from the new Capstone dungeons of Baal, Mephisto and Diablo, outside the Lair Boss system, so any of those bosses can drop it.
