Resistances that follow your best one

The ring sets all your resistances equal to your highest one and increases your damage with that element. The element that counts is the one you resist best, so building a single strong resistance gives every other resistance the same value.

A Season 15 fix concerns the ring: on the 3.2.0 test server, Stone of Jordan did not interact properly with Holy damage effects, and patch 3.2.1 corrected that.

A relic from the earlier games

Season of Hell's Legacy added nine legacy Uniques based on fabled relics of the past. Blizzard describes the Stone of Jordan as a ring so coveted that it once served as currency. The nine are permanent additions to the game, available on both the Seasonal and the Eternal realm, and the ring is one of the four that every class can use. This lot is for the Seasonal realm: you choose Seasonal Softcore or Seasonal Hardcore. It is also one of the Unique items that can be crafted into a Unique Charm.

Season 15 also made Single Resistance affixes worth 7 times an All Resistance affix, so concentrating on one resistance is a real option with this ring, and the Unique now drops from level 1 and in any difficulty.
