The power of Flamescar

Incinerate gains one final charge that irradiates the area around you and increases damage dealt. In return it costs an additional 50 Mana per second. The wand carries a fixed skill rank for Incinerate.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Flamescar they are Weapon Damage and Skill Ranks to Incinerate. It is class-locked: only the Sorcerer can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Flamescar is part of the loot table of Urivar, a Lair Boss found in Nahantu, near the Kichuk Waypoint; the boss element type is Fire. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Sorcerer part of that table also lists Iceheart Brais and Molten Band.
