When you attempt to Incapacitate an enemy, you mark that enemy and all surrounding enemies, pull them in, and deal increased damage to them. The damage bonus is rolled on each drop. The crown also carries a fixed Armor affix.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Godslayer Crown they are Primary Core Stat and Armor. Every class can equip it. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Godslayer Crown is part of the loot table of Andariel, a Lair Boss found at Hanged Man's Hall, east of Tarsarak; the boss element type is all elements. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Greater Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Greater Lair Key comes from defeating Initiate Lair Bosses.
