The power of Mad Wolf's Glee

Lacerate has no Cooldown and costs 100 Spirit to cast. It deals bonus damage, but it no longer grants Immunity, and it also becomes a Core Skill. The chest armor carries a fixed skill rank for Core Skills.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Mad Wolf's Glee they are Primary Core Stat and Skill Ranks to Core Skills. It is class-locked: only the Druid can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Mad Wolf's Glee is part of the loot table of Astaroth, the boss at the end of Escalating Nightmare Dungeons; the boss element type is Fire. An Escalation Sigil opens the run, and Astaroth needs Torment 1 or higher. The Druid part of that table also lists Dirge of Airidah and Wildheart Hunger.
