The power of Blood Moon Breeches

Your Summons have a chance to inflict Decrepify or Iron Maiden at random when they deal damage. You also deal increased Critical Strike Damage to enemies affected by your Curses, so the curses your Summons apply also make your own critical hits stronger. The chance and the bonus are rolled values.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Blood Moon Breeches they are Primary Core Stat and Critical Strike Damage Multiplier. It is class-locked: only the Necromancer can equip it. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Drop rules

Since Season 15, every Unique item can drop from level 1 and in any difficulty, and Blood Moon Breeches follow the same rule. Lair Boss loot tables weight certain Uniques toward each boss, and Mythic Uniques dropped by Lair Bosses are taken from that boss's own pool, apart from a small chance through their generic loot.
