The power of Iceheart Brais

Your Conjurations periodically unleash Frost Nova, and enemies affected by Frost Nova take increased damage from you. The damage bonus is a rolled value on each drop. The pants also carry a fixed Armor affix.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Iceheart Brais they are Primary Core Stat and Armor. It is class-locked: only the Sorcerer can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Iceheart Brais are part of the loot table of Urivar, a Lair Boss found in Nahantu, near the Kichuk Waypoint; the boss element type is Fire. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Sorcerer part of that table also lists Flamescar and Molten Band.
