Teleport that pulls

Teleport pulls Close enemies to you, and you gain Damage Reduction for 8 seconds. The pull happens as part of the cast, so the pack gathers around your landing point before it can react.

The protection lasts 8 seconds from each cast, so a Sorcerer who teleports often can keep it running for long stretches.

Teleport in short

Teleport is a Defensive Sorcerer skill with a cooldown. You turn into lightning, surge to the target location and deal damage around you when you arrive. The upgrade list in the game data includes Wormhole (it stuns enemies and opens a 2-second window to cast Teleport again), Electrobolt (it pulls in nearby Crackling Energy and shortens the next cooldown), Blaze and a Movement Speed option.

Raiment of the Infinite always drops with Maximum Life next to the main stat, which suits a piece that is meant to put you in the middle of enemies. Since the unique power is attached to the Teleport skill, it matters only to builds that have Teleport on the bar and cast it as part of the rotation.
