The power of Band of First Breath

Casting Evade consumes 1 stack of Resolve and raises your damage dealt for 5 seconds. The ring also gives you the passive effect of Armored Hide, so you carry that passive without placing the skill. The damage bonus is a rolled value.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Band of First Breath they are Primary Core Stat and Attack Speed. It is class-locked: only the Spiritborn can equip it. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Band of First Breath is part of the loot table of Urivar, a Lair Boss found in Nahantu, near the Kichuk Waypoint; the boss element type is Fire. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Spiritborn part of that table also lists Sunbird's Gorget.
