Fire damage during Wrath

While Wrath of the Berserker is active, you deal increased Fire damage. The bonus applies to the Fire part of your damage, so it matters most for a build with Fire skills or Fire damage from other gear.

A Season 15 fix lists this helm: the Fire damage bonus could expire early before the fix. The bonus should therefore last the whole Ultimate.

Wrath of the Berserker in short

Wrath of the Berserker is an Ultimate skill with a cooldown. You explode into rage, Knocking Back surrounding enemies, and gain increased damage, Berserking and Unstoppable for a number of seconds. Its upgrades in the game data include Full Throttle (a Fire aura and 50% All Resistance), Deep Impact (attacks cause a fiery explosion) and Maximum Carnage (Fury spent extends the duration). The helm always drops with a main stat and a Fire Damage Multiplier.

Full Throttle and Deep Impact add Fire damage of their own, so the helm's Fire bonus fits builds that use them.
