The power of Craze of the Dead God

Your direct damage is spread out as Poisoning over the next 10 seconds, and it is reduced by a rolled amount in exchange. A Lucky Hit effect then gives direct damage a chance, based on your Poisoned Life percentage, to infect an enemy with Touch of Death. The gloves also carry a fixed skill rank for Touch of Death.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Craze of the Dead God they are Primary Core Stat and Skill Ranks to Touch of Death. It is class-locked: only the Spiritborn can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Craze of the Dead God is part of the loot table of Andariel, a Lair Boss found at Hanged Man's Hall, east of Tarsarak; the boss element type is all elements. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Greater Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Greater Lair Key comes from defeating Initiate Lair Bosses. The Spiritborn part of that table also lists Jacinth Shell.
