The power of Kilt of Blackwing

Ravens deal increased damage. Shapeshifting into a different form, or activating a Companion Skill, summons a Raven that attacks nearby enemies. Summoning a Raven also has a chance to call forth an Unkindness for 10 seconds, which raises the number of Ravens summoned to 3 for that time. The pants carry a fixed skill rank for Ravens.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Kilt of Blackwing they are Primary Core Stat and Skill Ranks to Ravens. It is class-locked: only the Druid can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.
