The power of Deathless Visage

Critical Strikes with Bone Spear form an echo that bursts, and Bone Spear deals increased Critical Strike Damage. In Season 15 the echo damage was raised from 40-50% to 60-70% of the normal damage. The helm also carries a fixed skill rank for Bone Spear.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Deathless Visage they are Primary Core Stat and Skill Ranks to Bone Spear. It is class-locked: only the Necromancer can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Deathless Visage is part of the loot table of the Beast in the Ice, a Lair Boss found at the Glacial Fissure, south-west of Kyovashad in the Fractured Peaks; the boss element type is Cold. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Necromancer part of that table also lists Howl from Below.
