The power of Howl from Below

Instead of detonating at once, Corpse Explosion summons a Volatile Skeleton that charges at a random enemy and explodes there. Corpse Explosion also deals increased damage. The gloves carry a fixed Attack Speed affix.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Howl from Below they are Primary Core Stat and Attack Speed. It is class-locked: only the Necromancer can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Howl from Below is part of the loot table of the Beast in the Ice, a Lair Boss found at the Glacial Fissure, south-west of Kyovashad in the Fractured Peaks; the boss element type is Cold. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Necromancer part of that table also lists Deathless Visage.
