Taunting pulls enemy attention away from you, which gives the Rogue a moment to work. The damage is Corrupting damage scaled by your weapon damage.

Subterfuge and Traps

Subterfuge in the game data covers Smoke Grenade, Dark Shroud, Poison Trap and Concealment, so each of those casts can create the Decoy. Because the Decoy counts as a Trap Skill, bonuses for Trap Skills also apply to it; the Rogue's other Trap Skills are Caltrops, Poison Trap and Death Trap. The ring always drops with a main stat and Skill Ranks to Trap Skills. Poison Trap, which is both a Subterfuge and a Trap skill, has 2 charges and arms after a short delay.

The one-Decoy rule means only a single Decoy taunts and deals damage at any moment.
