The power of Locran's Talisman

Critical Strikes deal increased damage, but your Critical Strike Chance is reduced by 50%. The amulet carries a fixed Critical Strike Damage Multiplier affix, so the trade leans heavily toward fewer, harder crits.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Locran's Talisman they are Primary Core Stat and Critical Strike Damage Multiplier. Every class can equip it. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Locran's Talisman has no dedicated boss. It comes from random drops, or the Horadric Cube can convert a Common item of the same slot into a Unique.
