Unique and Mythic in Season 15

Mythic is a modifiable item quality, and since Season 14 every Unique can be Mythic. In Season 15 a Mythic Unique can be created three ways: with the Horadric Cube recipe Upgrade Direct Item to Mythic, with the Jeweler's Rune Crafting, or with the Blacksmith's Mythic cache. Only the Cube recipe gives the item a Crafted tag, and a character can equip only one Crafted-tag item. The two Mythic options of the lot follow that split.

Affixes

Every Unique has dropped with two fixed affixes since patch 3.1, and Unique items can be tempered since Lord of Hatred and have their affixes altered by Enchanting since patch 3.1. An item can carry from one to four Greater Affixes, and the lot lets you ask for none, none on an Ancestral item, or from one to four.

Drops in Season 15

All Unique items drop from level 1 and in any difficulty. Blizzard also removed some older Uniques with the Lord of Hatred expansion and replaced each of them with a different, working Unique.

Questions about Unique Gear Boost

What is the difference between Crafted and Non-Crafted Mythic?

The Crafted tag belongs to Mythic Uniques made with the Horadric Cube direct upgrade recipe, and only one such item can be equipped. Mythics from the Jeweler, the Blacksmith cache or drops do not carry it.

Are all listed items still in the game?

Not necessarily. Some older Uniques were removed with Lord of Hatred, so the manager confirms with you in chat that the item you pick can be delivered.

Does the lot choose a class for me?

No. You pick the item, and its class restriction is part of the item. The list mixes items of all classes.
