What the Hellfire Torch does

The Talisman uses Seals and Charms, and Set Charms add set bonus affixes for collecting partial or complete sets. Sets are either class-specific or useful for all classes. The Torch adds 1 to the count of a class set. Its affixes are Resistance to All Elements, All Skills and All Stats, with the values rolled on each drop. It also allows one additional Unique Charm to be equipped, and like other Charms it can be moved between slots whenever you wish.

Choosing the set bonus

The Completion Type option has two values, Random Set Bonus and Specific Set Bonus. With the specific option you pick from the 40 sets in Choose Set Bonus, for example Nilfur's Narrow Eye, Shadow of Harash, Berserker's Crucible or Rezoka's Rage.

What you get

Number of Torches from 1 to 10.
Set bonus: random, or one of the 40 named sets.
Greater Affixes: none, or 1 to 3 on the charm.
Realm: Seasonal or Eternal. Mode: Softcore or Hardcore.
Completion method: Self-play or Piloted.

Requirements

Torment X unlocked on the character that will use the charm.

Hellfire Torch FAQ

Is the Hellfire Torch a Seal?

No. It is a charm, so it goes into a Charm slot that a Seal has opened.

Which set does the Torch add to?

That depends on the order. With Random Set Bonus the set is chosen for you, and with Specific Set Bonus it is the set you pick.
