The power of Bloodless Scream

Your Darkness Skills Chill enemies for up to 100% and deal increased damage to Frozen enemies and to bosses. After every 800 times you damage enemies with Darkness Skills, all Nearby enemies are Feared for 0.25 seconds and then Frozen for 3 more seconds. The scythe also carries a fixed skill rank bonus for Darkness Skills.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Bloodless Scream they are Weapon Damage and Skill Ranks to Darkness Skills. It is class-locked: only the Necromancer can equip it. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

An Escalation Sigil opens the run, and Astaroth needs Torment 1 or higher. The Necromancer part of that table also lists Blood Moon Breeches and Ring of the Sacrilegious Soul.
