Annihilus Seal is a Unique Horadric Seal for the Talisman in Diablo 4. It appeared with Season 15, and the order form asks which class it is for and how many seals you want.

Talisman role	A Seal is applied first and unlocks up to 6 Charm slots; stronger Seals bring more affixes and more slots
Affixes	All Stats, Resistance to All Elements, All Skills and Bonus Experience; values are rolled
Rerolling	Affix Value Reroll and Horadric Reroll recipes of the Horadric Cube work on Seals
Appeared in	Season 15 (Season of Hell's Legacy)

What the seal does

The Talisman is the item system of the Lord of Hatred expansion, built from Seals and Charms. A Seal is applied first and unlocks up to 6 Charm slots, and a more powerful Seal brings more affixes and more slots. Charms then go into those slots and can be swapped at any time, and several non-Unique Charms with the same affixes add their bonuses together. Annihilus is a Unique Seal. Its affixes cover All Stats, Resistance to All Elements, All Skills and Bonus Experience, and the values are rolled on each drop.

Rerolling a seal

Season 15 added two Horadric Cube recipes that work on Seals. Affix Value Reroll rerolls all base affixes while protecting Greater Affixes, Enchanted affixes, Tempers and Transfigurations. Horadric Reroll fully randomises the base affixes of Legendary and higher Seals without touching their set bonuses.

Annihilus Seal FAQ

Is Annihilus a charm?

No. It is a Seal, the Talisman item that is applied first and opens the Charm slots. Charms are placed in those slots afterwards.

Can I reroll the stats of an Annihilus Seal?

Yes. Both the Affix Value Reroll and the Horadric Reroll recipes of the Horadric Cube work on Seals.
