The power of Fleshrender

When Tornadoes expire they seek back toward you instead. In Season 15 the notes changed the damage bonus so that it applies to all Tornadoes instead of only the returning ones, and raised it from 40-50% to 100-135%. The mace carries a fixed skill rank for Tornado.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Fleshrender they are Weapon Damage and Skill Ranks to Tornado. It is class-locked: only the Druid can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Fleshrender is part of the loot table of Harbinger of Hatred, a Lair Boss found in Nahantu, near the Kurast Docks Waypoint; the boss element type is Shadow. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Greater Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Greater Lair Key comes from defeating Initiate Lair Bosses. The Druid part of that table also lists Ifeh's Dire Totem and Might of the Ursine.

What you get

Optional Greater Affixes: none, or 1 to 4 on the item.
