Judgement that detonates twice

Judgement deals 100-150% increased damage and has a 33% chance to explode twice when using the Judicator Oath. Patch 3.1 raised the damage from 80-100%, and Season 15 left it as it was.

The explosion chance is tied to the Oath, so the ring is a Judicator item. Without that Oath you still get the extra damage but not the double detonation.

Judgement and the Judicator Oath

Judgement is a keyword: it marks an enemy for 3 seconds and deals damage when the mark expires. The Judicator Oath builds on it: your Basic skills apply Judgement, and your Core Judicator skills can detonate it early for damage in a small area. Season 15 added to the Oath: if Judgement hits only 1 enemy, it deals 100% increased damage. The ring always drops with Attack Speed.

The power needs the Judicator Oath for the double explosion only; the Judgement damage bonus works on its own.
