The power of Judgment of Auriel

Arbiter of Justice gains all of its Variants. While you are in Arbiter form, every Skill Rank of Arbiter of Justice adds damage and Damage Reduction for you, and that bonus is doubled for 30 seconds after Arbiter of Justice lands. The amulet carries a fixed Maximum Life affix.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Judgment of Auriel they are Primary Core Stat and Maximum Life. It is class-locked: only the Paladin can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Judgment of Auriel is part of the loot table of Lord Zir, a Lair Boss found at the Darkened Way, east of Kyovashad in the Fractured Peaks; the boss element type is Fire. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Paladin part of that table also lists Judicant's Glaivehelm.
