The power of Death's Pavane

Dance of Knives drops knives from the enemies it hits. Picking a knife up grants you 25 Energy and increases your Dance of Knives damage for 5 seconds, and the bonus stacks up to 3 times. The damage bonus is a rolled value on each drop.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Death's Pavane they are Primary Core Stat and Skill Ranks to Dance Of Knives. It is class-locked: only the Rogue can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Death's Pavane is part of the loot table of Echo of Varshan, a Lair Boss found at the Malignant Burrow near the Tree of Whispers Waypoint in Hawezar; the boss element type is Shadow / Physical. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Rogue part of that table also lists Eaglehorn and Pitfighter's Gull.
