The power of Chainscourged Mail

Casting a damaging Brawling Skill disables it afterwards. When every Brawling Skill on your Action Bar is disabled, they all become available again with their Cooldowns refreshed. While some of them are disabled, the Brawling Skills you cast deal increased damage for each disabled Skill, so the damage climbs as the cycle goes on.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Chainscourged Mail they are Primary Core Stat and Skill Ranks to Brawling Skills. It is class-locked: only the Barbarian can equip it. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Chainscourged Mail is part of the loot table of the Butcher, a Lair Boss found in Gea Kul; the boss element type is Fire / Physical. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Greater Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Greater Lair Key comes from defeating Initiate Lair Bosses. The Barbarian part of that table also lists Ramaladni's Magnum Opus and Ring of Red Furor.
