The power of Loyalty's Mantle

While your Spirit Hall choices match, their bonuses are 100% more potent. Skills of their Base Spirit also gain Vigor Cost Reduction and Cooldown Reduction, with both values rolled on each drop. The helm carries a fixed Maximum Life affix.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Loyalty's Mantle they are Primary Core Stat and Maximum Life. It is class-locked: only the Spiritborn can equip it. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Loyalty's Mantle is part of the loot table of Bartuc, Lord of Chaos, who waits at the end of an Infernal Hordes run, entered in Kehjistan near the Yshari Sanctum Waypoint; the boss element type is Fire and Shadow. An Infernal Hordes Compass opens the run, facing Bartuc takes 666 Burning Aether collected in it, and he needs Torment 1 or higher. The Spiritborn part of that table also lists Harmony of Ebewaka.
