Swap weapons, build damage

Swapping weapons increases the damage of Iron Maelstrom for 5 seconds, stacking up to 3 times. Three swaps within a five-second window are enough to reach the top of the stack.

The bonus is tied to Iron Maelstrom only, so the amulet does nothing for a Barbarian without that Ultimate.

Iron Maelstrom in short

Iron Maelstrom is an Ultimate Barbarian skill with a cooldown. You activate it three times to attach chains to your weapons and perform an attack with each: first the two-handed bludgeoning weapon slams the ground and stuns enemies for 2 seconds, then the two-handed slashing weapon swipes in front of you, and a final strike follows. Its upgrades include Cooldown Reduction (weapon swaps shorten the cooldown by 2 seconds) and Global Cooldown Reduction. The amulet always drops with a main stat and Attack Speed.

The Cooldown Reduction upgrade and the amulet use the same trigger, a weapon swap, so a build that swaps often shortens the cooldown and raises the damage together.
