The power of Jacinth Shell

Spending Vigor heals you for a rolled share of your Maximum Life. In exchange, every second your active Cooldowns each drain 10% of your Maximum Life to shorten their durations by 2 seconds. The chest armor carries a fixed Vigor per Second affix.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Jacinth Shell they are Primary Core Stat and Vigor per Second. It is class-locked: only the Spiritborn can equip it. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Drop rules

Since Season 15, every Unique item can drop from level 1 and in any difficulty, and Jacinth Shell follows the same rule. Lair Boss loot tables weight certain Uniques toward each boss, and Mythic Uniques dropped by Lair Bosses are taken from that boss's own pool, apart from a small chance through their generic loot.

What you get

Optional Greater Affixes: none, or 1 to 4 on the item.
