The power of Khamsin Steppewalkers

Earthen Bulwark gains the Earthen Shrapnel Variant for free and deals increased damage. The bonus is a rolled value on each drop, and the boots also carry a fixed skill rank for Earthen Bulwark.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Khamsin Steppewalkers they are Primary Core Stat and Skill Ranks to Earthen Bulwark. It is class-locked: only the Druid can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Khamsin Steppewalkers are part of the loot table of Bartuc, Lord of Chaos, who waits at the end of an Infernal Hordes run, entered in Kehjistan near the Yshari Sanctum Waypoint; the boss element type is Fire and Shadow. An Infernal Hordes Compass opens the run, facing Bartuc takes 666 Burning Aether collected in it, and he needs Torment 1 or higher. The Druid part of that table also lists Earthbreaker and Mjölnic Ryng.
