The power of Blood-Mad Idol

You are always Berserking, but you take 200% increased damage as Burning over 8 seconds. While you are Burning, Berserking grants an additional damage bonus. The amulet therefore trades a burning drawback for a permanent damage buff, and the size of the bonus is rolled on each drop.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Blood-Mad Idol they are Primary Core Stat and Attack Speed. Every class can equip it. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Blood-Mad Idol has no dedicated boss. It comes from random drops, or the Horadric Cube can convert a Common item of the same slot into a Unique.
