The power of Mantle of the Grey

Juggernaut Oath makes your Juggernaut Skills 25% larger, but it consumes up to 16 Resolve. Each point consumed grants increased Juggernaut Skill damage. The chest armor carries a fixed skill rank for Juggernaut Skills.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Mantle of the Grey they are Primary Core Stat and Skill Ranks to Juggernaut Skills. It is class-locked: only the Paladin can equip it. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Mantle of the Grey is part of the loot table of Harbinger of Hatred, a Lair Boss found in Nahantu, near the Kurast Docks Waypoint; the boss element type is Shadow. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Greater Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Greater Lair Key comes from defeating Initiate Lair Bosses. The Paladin part of that table also lists Gate of the Red Dawn.
