After you spend 275 of your Primary Resource you gain 4 stacks of Overpower. Since Season 15, consuming Overpower increases your Critical Strike damage by 130-150% for 8 seconds, which replaces the old per-stack bonus of 8-10%. The same patch removed the amulet for Paladin, Spiritborn and Warlock, so only five classes can use it now.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Banished Lord's Talisman they are Primary Core Stat and Critical Strike Damage Multiplier. It can be equipped by these classes: Barbarian, Druid, Necromancer, Rogue, Sorcerer. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Banished Lord's Talisman has no dedicated boss. It comes from random drops, or the Horadric Cube can convert a Common item of the same slot into a Unique.
