The power of Gospel of the Devotee

Your Basic Skills gain all of their Upgrades for free. Damaging an enemy with a Basic Skill also makes that enemy take increased damage from your other Basic Skills for 10 seconds. The focus carries a fixed skill rank for Basic Skills.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Gospel of the Devotee they are Primary Core Stat and Skill Ranks to Basic Skills. It is class-locked: only the Necromancer can equip it. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Gospel of the Devotee is part of the loot table of Urivar, a Lair Boss found in Nahantu, near the Kichuk Waypoint; the boss element type is Fire. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Necromancer part of that table also lists Will of Rathma.
