The power of Fractured Winterglass

Casting a Core Skill has a 25% chance to summon a Conjuration of the same element. Each active Conjuration then grants you increased damage, 1 Mana per second, 5% Movement Speed and 3% Damage Reduction. The amulet also carries a fixed skill rank for Conjuration Skills.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Fractured Winterglass they are Primary Core Stat and Skill Ranks to Conjuration Skills. It is class-locked: only the Sorcerer can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Fractured Winterglass is part of the loot table of Astaroth, the boss at the end of Escalating Nightmare Dungeons; the boss element type is Fire. An Escalation Sigil opens the run, and Astaroth needs Torment 1 or higher. The Sorcerer part of that table also lists Esu's Heirloom and Hail of Verglas.
