The power of Light's Rebuke

Enemies impaled by the first strike of Divine Lance take increased damage from the later hits of that Divine Lance. The bonus is a rolled value on each drop. The flail also carries a fixed skill rank for Divine Lance.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Light's Rebuke they are Weapon Damage and Skill Ranks to Divine Lance. It is class-locked: only the Paladin can equip it. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Light's Rebuke is part of the loot table of the Beast in the Ice, a Lair Boss found at the Glacial Fissure, south-west of Kyovashad in the Fractured Peaks; the boss element type is Cold. The fight needs Torment 1 or higher, and 1x Lair Key opens the Hoard after the kill. The Paladin part of that table also lists Sanctis of Kethamar.
