The power of Griswold's Opus

Dealing direct damage grants increased Critical Strike Damage for each enemy hit within 10 seconds, up to a maximum. At that maximum a Lucky Hit effect gives Critical Strikes up to a 50% chance to deal double damage, heal you and refresh the duration of the bonus. The sword also carries a fixed Lucky Hit Chance affix.

Affixes and gear details

With Lord of Hatred, Uniques carry fewer preset affixes, which leaves more room to chase a better combination. Since patch 3.1.0 every Unique drops with two fixed affixes, and on Griswold's Opus they are Weapon Damage and Lucky Hit Chance. It is class-locked: only the Paladin can equip it. A Unique Charm version exists, so the same power can also be placed in a Talisman charm slot. Unique items can be tempered, and since patch 3.1.0 Enchanting can alter the affixes of Unique and Mythic Unique items.

Where it comes from

Griswold's Opus is part of the loot table of Astaroth, the boss at the end of Escalating Nightmare Dungeons; the boss element type is Fire. An Escalation Sigil opens the run, and Astaroth needs Torment 1 or higher. The Paladin part of that table also lists Herald of Zakarum.
