Firewall is a Sorcerer Mastery skill that lays a wall of flame on the ground. Its Ring of Fire upgrade turns the wall into a ring with a cooldown: while you stand inside it, direct damage from your Pyromancy skills inflicts the ring's Burning damage on enemies. The Season 15 build is designed around that ring, not around casting walls. This lot levels the Sorcerer from 1 to 70 and builds it for the Torment tier you select, on the Seasonal or Eternal realm.

How Ring of Fire does the damage

Early on you cast Firewall by hand; it is strong enough to level with and to clear the first Torment tiers.
With the five-piece Tal Rasha's Threefold Way set the Talisman casts Firewall and the other Mastery skills for you, so a ring is under you most of the time.
Charged Bolts with the Burn Through upgrade becomes the main attack: each bolt that lands while you stand in the ring applies the Burning effect.
Arc Lash is the Shock cast for set and item triggers, Hydra adds healing and cooldown reduction, and the Meteor Enchantment feeds Overpower to Teleport.

Patch 3.2.1 made Ring of Fire react only to Direct Damage from Pyromancy skills, and a ring triggered by the Firewall Enchantment now spawns on you.

Uniques and Mythics for the build

Vision of the Firestorm raises Firewall damage and overcaps its size, Drognan's Anguish burns you on Pyromancy casts in exchange for much higher Burning damage, and Raiment of the Infinite pulls Close enemies in on Teleport and grants Damage Reduction. Tibault's Will is the main source of Mana. On the Mythic list Raiment of the Infinite comes first for toughness, then Drognan's Anguish and Vision of the Firestorm. For Pit pushes the build swaps the Threefold set for Habacalva's Cauldron and Aspect of Ancient Flame.

What the tiers include

All four tiers come with leveling to 70 and a Legendary Aspect on each piece. From Torment IV (Paragon 150+) the order also covers Unique items, Greater Affixes, a charm set, masterworking and Glyph and Paragon board leveling, and Torment XII (Paragon 250+) adds Mythic items; Torment I (Paragon 50+) and Torment X (Paragon 225+) are the other two steps.
