Ice Shards Sorcerer Build - Diablo 4

• Ice Shards hits harder the tighter enemies are grouped, which is why the Teleport pull of Raiment of the Infinite matters.
• Arc Lash keeps Ferocity, Movement Speed and Mana up, and Hydra adds cooldown reduction and healing.
• Inferno builds Overpower stacks that reset Teleport, which grants Ferocity when it hits.
• Ice Armor gives Barrier, Armor and Unstoppable; Vulnerable comes from Aspect of Biting Cold or Aspect of Shredding Blades.

Hail of Verglas gives Ice Shards the Piercing Cold upgrade on top of Glacial Spike, plus bonus damage, while Leoric's Crown is the defensive pick for the helm slot. Tal Rasha's Threefold Way casts Mastery skills for free and adds resistances, and Breath of the Frozen Sea is the Frost set alternative. Banished Lord's Talisman gives a large damage boost if it drops early. Mythic upgrades in order: Raiment of the Infinite, Tal Rasha's Iridescent Loop, Hail of Verglas, Orsivane, Esu's Heirloom and Tibault's Will.

Leveling from 1 to 70 and a Legendary Aspect in each gear slot come with every tier, on the Seasonal or Eternal realm. Torment I (Paragon 50+) stops there. Torment IV (Paragon 150+) brings Unique items, Greater Affixes, a charm set, Glyph and Paragon board leveling and masterworking, Torment X (Paragon 225+) raises the Paragon, and Torment XII (Paragon 250+) adds Mythic items.
