The Builds menu lists 11 entries: Custom Build plus Blight, Blood Lance, Blood Surge, Blood Wave, Bone Spear, Bone Spirit, Golem, Minion, Sever and Shadowblight Necromancer. For Custom Build, the manager goes through your setup with you in live chat or Discord after payment, then we assign a booster.

Necromancer changes in Season 15

Top Necromancer builds had relied on the Core variants of Blood Wave and Bone Spirit, so patch 3.2.1 buffed other Core skills: Bone Spear and Blood Lance went from 130% to 160% damage, the Blood Surge nova from 100% to 125%.
Corpse Explosion rose from 110% to 180% damage, and Army of the Dead now stacks up to five times when recast while active.
Red Blessing now makes Blood skills spend an Overpower stack for extra damage, instead of granting damage per stack held.
Patch 3.2.1 retuned four class Talisman sets; Rathma's Waking Touch now supports Summoning builds in general, not only Army of the Dead.

What the four tiers include

Torment I (Paragon 50+): a level 70 Necromancer at Paragon 50, tempered items and the essential Aspects, without Glyphs, charms or promised Uniques.
Torment IV (Paragon 150+): every required Aspect, one core Unique or more, a Glyph at level 15 and the set charms.
Torment X (Paragon 225+): all core Uniques, at least one Mythic Unique, masterworking, Aspects with high rolls, two Glyphs at level 15 and a Seal.
Torment XII (Paragon 250+): the same list with stronger Aspect rolls, more masterworking and further Glyph levels.

Runewords step up from Magic to Rare to both required ones. The Add +1 Mythic Unique Item extra adds one Mythic beyond the tier, and every tier includes leveling from 1 to 70.

Requirements

An active Diablo 4 account.
Vessel of Hatred on the account for the build's Runewords.
Torment IV and above also need Lord of Hatred: their set charms, and the Seal from Torment X, belong to the Talisman of that expansion.
