Where the materials come from

Retaliation runs against Hyenas, True Sons, Outcasts, Black Tusk, Rikers and Cleaners all pay faction materials. Kill Squads, which are Named enemies, also carry a chance at the faction's Exotic Blueprint, which is why the lot mentions Exotic blueprints as a by-product of the farm.

Requirements

Your Agent must be level 40.

Retaliation Materials FAQ

Do all materials come from the same faction?

No. Every faction pays its own materials, which is why the lot asks you to choose one.

What is a Broken SHD Watch for?

Seven of them are crafted into a Reconstructed Cache at the crafting bench, which holds blueprints for replicas of Named items.

Can the same order include several materials?

Each order picks one material and a quantity. Place another order for a second type.
