Four pieces unlock Throttle Control: while you fire, stacks build up to a cap of 50, and each one lifts weapon handling and critical hit damage. They fade fast once you stop, unless an enemy is under suppression.
The chest talent Sustainability lifts the cap from 50 to 75 stacks, and the backpack talent Snowball makes each stack worth more critical hit damage.
