The Shoulders of Vehement Slicing are an epic shoulder transmog introduced in the Shadowlands expansion. Dropping from the final boss on Layer 13+ of Torghast, this cosmetic has a very low drop rate of 0.16–0.3%, making it a difficult item to farm. Most players will need to run Torghast repeatedly for a chance at this elusive appearance.
