Tusks of Mannoroth - Garrosh Shoulders

Purchase the Tusks of Mannoroth transmog boost and secure one of the rarest and most iconic Shoulder appearances in all of World of Warcraft!

The Tusks of Mannoroth drop from Garrosh Hellscream in the Siege of Orgrimmar raid on Mythic difficulty. With a drop rate below 1%, farming this legacy item is a serious test of patience. But with Onlyfarms, you don’t have to waste months—get it faster with either our weekly farming or Black Market Auction House (BMAH) method.

How Our Tusks of Mannoroth Boost Works

Option 1: Regular Farming

• We clear Siege of Orgrimmar on Mythic weekly using all available characters.
• Bonus roll coins will be used when available to maximize chances.
• ETA: Completely random due to drop rate, faster with multiple characters.

Option 2: Black Market Auction House (BMAH)

• We use our own max-level characters across numerous realms to snipe the item.
• We monitor BMAH listings 24/7 and bid with a 95%+ success rate.
• ETA: Usually 1–3 weeks depending on item appearance and realm competition.

Why the BMAH Option Is Best

Since Shadowlands, the BMAH is accessible only to max-level characters. The days of creating a level 1 toon and buying Tusks of Mannoroth are over. The only viable way to get this item now is by transferring a max-level character—and that’s both costly and slow. Our boost service removes the hassle by using dedicated farming accounts with gold reserves across dozens of realms.

With years of experience and thousands of successful BMAH snipes, Onlyfarms guarantees the safest and most efficient path to adding Tusks of Mannoroth to your transmog collection—without ever accessing your main account.
