What an altar gives today

Gem fragments, Obols and gold on the first discovery, plus experience for the character that finds it.
On the Eternal Realm, 10 Renown in the altar's region. Renown builds up to five reward stages per region, with account-wide skill points and Paragon points.
On the Seasonal Realm there is no Renown since patch 2.5.0; seasonal characters progress through Season Rank.
A found altar is marked on that character's map.

Note: the permanent stat bonuses that altars once gave ended with patch 2.5.0. This lot brings the small discovery rewards and, on Eternal, Renown.

Requirements

An active Diablo 4 account with a character on the chosen realm.

Altars of Lilith FAQ

Do altars still speed up new characters?

Only a little. The permanent stat bonuses were removed in patch 2.5.0, so an altar now helps a character through the experience and small rewards of the discovery.

What about Nahantu and Skovos?

They have no Altars of Lilith. Nahantu has Tenets of Akarat and Skovos has Chronicles of Creation; neither is part of this lot.
