The four mercenaries

Raheir - The Shieldbearer: trained by the Iron Wolves, he blocks attacks with his shield. He joins after the Vessel of Hatred campaign.
Yaryana - The Berserker Crone (Varyana in the game): her Massacre meter grows stronger with your kill streak.
Subo - The Bounty Hunter: an archer who marks targets; killing them grants benefits such as reduced cooldowns.
Aldkin - The Forsaken Child (in the game: Aldkin, the Cursed Child): half child, half demon, he can shapeshift into a demon in combat.

Stages of Rapport

Rapport buys skill points for the mercenary's own tree, caches, and better bartering with the Den's vendor.
Each mercenary has ten Rapport levels; repeating the last level pays out more Pale Marks, the coin used for bartering in the Den. The slider of this lot runs from 1 to 20.
A Reinforcement earns Rapport too, at a reduced rate while a hired mercenary is active.

What you get

Rapport of the chosen mercenary raised to your target rank.
Unlock Torment IV (option): the Torment IV difficulty, which a level 70 character opens by clearing Pit tier 25.

Requirements

Vessel of Hatred on your account; it is also included with Lord of Hatred.
Raheir joins after the Vessel of Hatred campaign; the other three come through their own questlines in Nahantu, started from the Den.
