Blizzard is a Sorcerer Mastery skill that calls a frigid storm onto an area and Chills everything inside it. The Season 15 farming build takes its Static Field upgrade, which makes Blizzard a Shock skill that deals its Lightning damage over one second instead of a long Frost effect, so a pack takes the damage at once. This lot levels the Sorcerer from 1 to 70 and builds that setup for the Torment tier you choose, on the Seasonal or Eternal realm.

How Static Field Blizzard plays

Blizzard is the damage: it covers a wide area at range, and its Seek upgrade makes the storm follow enemies.
As a Shock skill it works with Aspect of Splintering Energy and the Unstable Currents ultimate, which is saved for bosses.
Ice Armor stays up all the time; Hydra and Familiar shorten its cooldown, and Hydra also heals.
Teleport is the movement skill, while Mage-Lord's Aspect and the Abyssal Splinter of Pain add toughness.

Gear the build is built on

Raiment of the Sea makes Blizzard's effects linger on enemies longer, Orsivane adds damage and an Enchantment for each Defensive skill left off the bar, and Galvanic Azurite Magnetizes enemies hit by Shock skills so they take more Shock damage and are pulled together. The Talisman goal is the full five-piece Tal Rasha's Threefold Way set, which casts Mastery skills on its own, plus a Seal with an extra Charm slot for Tal Rasha's Iridescent Loop. Leoric's Crown heads the Mythic wish list. For high Pit pushes the build goes back to Cold to use Signet of Pelghain, Aspect of Merciless Cold, Sunderfrost Aspect and Lingering Aspect, which patch 3.2.1 made stronger.

What the Torment tiers bring

Each tier starts with leveling 1 to 70 and Legendary Aspects in the gear slots. Torment IV (Paragon 150+) adds Unique items, Greater Affixes, a charm set, Glyph and Paragon board leveling and masterworking, and Torment XII (Paragon 250+) is the tier with Mythic items. Torment I (Paragon 50+) and Torment X (Paragon 225+) complete the range. The lot does not name which Uniques you get.
