Carnage Light Machine Gun

Perfect Sadist is the bleed amplifier: bleeding enemies take more damage from Carnage, and after 3 kills the target you hit next starts bleeding too. That makes it a natural fit for bleed-centred setups such as the Ongoing Directive gear set. The IMI Negev frame carries a 100-round belt, so Carnage reloads less often than most weapons in long fights.

Sadist is what an ordinary weapon rolls, while Perfect Sadist is the upgraded form that only named items carry.

• Attribute rolls at 90% or higher of the possible maximum are what 'High Stats (90%+)' stands for.
• 'Upgrade to Prototype' is the step beyond High-End: a Prototype weapon carries an Augment and is final in terms of recalibration.
• The only extra is 'Self-play (Sherpa)', for those who prefer to play alongside.
• Quantity goes from 1 to 10, so several copies fit into one order.

• A character that has reached level 40.
• Choosing the Prototype upgrade needs the gun at level 40 and at maximum Expertise (level 30).

Through the weapon itself after three kills, or from other sources such as the Ongoing Directive gear set's hollow-point ammo.

When did Carnage arrive?

In Title Update 8, the update that launched the Warlords of New York expansion. Since Year 6 an Agent no longer needs the expansion to reach level 40, which is the level an order for this gun works at.

How is Carnage found in the game?

Look for it among enemy drops, vendor stock and weapon chests, or farm an activity whose targeted loot is light machine guns.
