New Reliable Light Machine Gun

Perfect Optimized is not a damage talent. It raises weapon handling, which improves stability and the accuracy of the first shots, so New Reliable stays controllable even without a stability attachment. The trade-off is that the talent takes the place of damage talents such as Frenzy or Measured, which cannot be combined with it. It is for players who value a gun that sticks to the target.

Perfect Optimized is the enhanced form of Optimized, a regular talent that was removed from the game with Warlords of New York, so a regular Black Market RPK-74 E cannot roll it today.

• 'High Stats (90%+)' asks for a copy whose attribute rolls sit at 90% or higher of their maximum.
• 'Upgrade to Prototype' lifts the weapon to the game's top item quality, and every Prototype item also rolls an Augment.
• 'Self-play (Sherpa)' sits in Extras as an optional add-on.
• You can order from one to ten copies at once with the Quantity option.

• An Agent at level 40, the level the game asks for end-game gear.
• For 'Upgrade to Prototype': the weapon must be at level 40 and at maximum Expertise (level 30).

What does weapon handling cover?

In The Division 2 weapon handling raises stability, accuracy, reload speed and weapon swap speed together, by 1% each for every 1% of handling.

Why does the talent not add damage?

Optimized is a handling talent by design. The weapon's damage comes from its other attributes and from the build around it.

Where does New Reliable drop?

Enemies, vendors and weapon chests all carry it, and light machine gun targeted loot can roll it as well.
