Perfect Kinetic Momentum

In combat, each skill that is deployed or not on cooldown builds its own stacks.
One stack is worth +1.5% skill damage and +2% skill repair.
The cap is 18 stacks per skill, and the stacks of a skill are lost when that skill goes on cooldown.

Where it comes from

Impetus comes from Wyvern Wear targeted loot. A blueprint for crafted copies is inside Reconstructed Caches, which are rewards for the Nemesis in Descent, can be bought with NSA Tech at NSA Stations or are crafted from 7 Broken SHD Watches.

Options on this lot

Extras: Self-play (Sherpa) as an add-on to the order.
Quantity: one to ten copies, handy for spare rolls to compare.

Requirements

A level 40 Agent.
To add the Prototype upgrade, the Agent must have reached Expertise level 30.

Impetus FAQ

What happens to the stacks when a skill is used?

The stacks of that skill are lost once it goes on cooldown, so skills that can be held in reserve keep their bonus.

Is Impetus for weapon builds?

No. Both bonuses are skill stats, and the core is +1 skill tier.
