Tabula Rasa Machine Gun

Perfect Steady Handed adds a stack of accuracy and stability with each hit, and when the stacks reach their cap they are spent to refill the magazine. The Military L86 LSW already handles well, so the talent mostly pushes it toward pinpoint fire at distance; players pair it with optimal range attributes, because the L86 is built for mid range rather than a sniper's reach. It comes with a unique solid red skin, and its name is Latin for a blank slate.

Perfect Steady Handed is the perfect form of Steady Handed. Named items carry the stronger perfect version, so the ordinary Steady Handed on a regular Military L86 LSW drop is the weaker sibling.

Can it be fitted with a scope?

Yes, it is one of the few light machine guns that handles a scope comfortably, because of the accuracy and stability the talent adds.

Where does Tabula Rasa drop?

Enemies, vendors and weapon chests all carry it, and light machine gun targeted loot can roll it as well.
